Lazulith ~Merci×Behomal
As we explored ways to contribute to carbon neutrality through jewelry, we discovered Binowa™, a CO₂-absorbing material developed by Behomal.
“Perhaps we could connect wearing jewelry with efforts to address atmospheric CO₂.” This was our immediate thought. We shared this vision with Behomal’s president, Mr. Nishihara, and decided to collaborate.
For this product, Behomal supplied its proprietary CO₂-absorbing material, which Merci combined with natural stones to create a bracelet. This collaboration brought together materials technology and design to create a new product.
